《When You Believe》是1998年夢(mèng)工廠動(dòng)畫(huà)片《埃及王子》的主題曲。創(chuàng)作靈感來(lái)自于動(dòng)畫(huà)片主角回憶想向上帝祈禱的場(chǎng)景，起初，他們祈禱數(shù)夜上帝卻未曾應(yīng)答，最終卻堅(jiān)信，只要相信上帝，奇跡就一定會(huì)出現(xiàn)，也就是歌詞中的There can be miracles when you believe。
這也是本首歌的主題所在。歌曲的mv在布魯克林音樂(lè)學(xué)院拍攝，其中的埃及背景和幕布等靈感皆來(lái)自于《埃及王子》，凱利和休斯頓的幕后視頻不斷穿插在mv當(dāng)中，整個(gè)mv場(chǎng)面莊重不失典雅，最后以炫目的煙火效果和宏大的合聲達(dá)到高潮。凱利和休斯頓的演唱的獨(dú)特氣質(zhì)也完美融合，這成為兩人難得的合作經(jīng)典。
